I have recently been playing LCPDFR multiplayer, but about 99% of the time it says my PC is too slow and I get disconnected. I know for a fact that my PC is not too slow for GTA IV. If anyone has any idea to fix this issue, please reply.

CPU; Intel i5 4590 3.3 Ghz

Ram; 8 GB DDR3 memory

Storage; 1 Tb Toshiba HDD

Video Card; EVGA GTX 760 2GB

While GTA IV is running try opening task manager and set GTA IV's priority to high and maybe that will help.

Whats your Internet like. Becuase I've heard the sometimes slow Internet or packetloss can give the 'your computer is to slow' message. Happned to me a few times with IV and V and I can run thoughts at  30FPS

I have done that, but it still does the "too slow" thing

It isn't being slow, the few times i've gotten in game, I get about 45~50 ish fps with the EyeCandy ENB

You may want to take a look at your bandwidth rather than your frame rate. Try www.speedtest.net and see what you get for download & upload speeds. Then you can probably use task manager to see what you're using while the game is running if you have Windows 8 or 10 installed.
