The log check doesn't matter. I once had this issue a LONG TIME AGO and I forget what I downloaded, but I'm pretty sure it's the download below. Hopefully this helps if not, someone else will be nice and help ya!

I'm sorry - What? First off, LCPDFR or LSPDFR does not contain any viruses. Secondly, you installed the mod. Not us. Not anyone else. You did. 
You haven't explained how your computer is messed up, but making it seem like it is our fault isn't cool at all. We'll gladly help you with any installation issues, or support, but this kind of slander is just low. I expect you to understand that.

Sorry dude, literally tens of thousands of people have installed LCPDFR without any problems.  If something's gone wrong with your PC, that sucks, but LCPDFR is not to blame.

To quote the terms you agreed when you downloaded the software:

In short, we don't owe you anything. However, we'll probably be willing to help if you clarify what your issue is. Simply saying "OMG LCPDFR IS TRASH GIB ME VIRUS" isn't going to help us, isn't going to help you and will really not get us anywhere.

Is it being slow? Or does it just keep saying it's to slow? Also if you're on WiFi, try and use an Ethernet Cable.

Hi everyone reading this. I am not from Nevada but find there State Trooper cars very attractive. I have been searching multiple sites including LCPDFR and cannot find any skins or vehicles with this. Can anyone make me one? I would be so happy and I'm quite sure someone from Nevada would too! I'm also going to use the Las Vegas police cars as secondary/AI vehicles. But I think there's alot of Las Vegas Police cars for GTA IV All over the internet. I want it to look like the first image pasted below. Now you can't tell me that car isn't attractive? All images are from Bing.com.

It would probably be easier just to change your ELS settings. Go to your ELS.ini and locate " Toggle_InfoPanel = 77    // M by default ** " and change M to a letter you want.

1.) You must remove dsound.dll or xliveless.dll. YOU CANNOT HAVE BOTH. It is recommended you use Dsound.dll. This allows you to play multiplayer.
2.) Please download this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
3.) Launch GTA IV and press ALT+P. This will launch LCPDFR.
4.) Have Fun!

Hi. Are you using the visualsettings.dat provided in ELS v8.5?
You can try and do this:
Go to your GTA IV Directory > Common > Data > Scroll down to VisualSettings.dat and Open it using NotePad > Scroll down to " car.defaultlight.emissive.on " > And try and change that number to, lets say 45? Depending on how you want your lights!

I've uninstalled GTA IV, and reinstalled it.

UPDATE:
I have fixed the glitch.
It was something through a car god mode on Simple Trainer which was screwing it up.
