End Callout Menu?

I've seen in a youtube video someone use something called "Callout End menu" (it might have a slightly different name). Unfortunately I can't remember the youtuber (it might have been Finkone) or the video to show exactly what I'm asking about. I remember it had a similar look to the official LSPDFR menus (blue and grey color scheme) and some of the options available were "police vehicle immobilized" and "hit pedestrian/civilian vehicle", again it might not have been worded exactly like that. I apologize for being so vague but I really didn't pay any attention to it back when I saw it. Does anyone has an idea what I'm talking about? I couldn't find anything online but I might be searching for the wrong key words.

It was more than likely FinKone's video as he's one of a select few people who have access to my development builds.

The feature you're referring to is part of CalloutsV, an API plugin created by me for LSPDFR. That feature is not currently released to the general public.
