I can ensure you the model is fine. The template however is not the biggest quality. There for this mod requires at least to be run at ''High Quality'' on the Texture Quality. So to make it no longer blurry, put the Texture Quality higher.

just want to let you know that it worked. thx now i can enjoy my favorite caprice. xD

Btw, all of this too big stuff really "got me". It sure is a big ass car, but man, it can't be that BIG. I've took a closer look on it in game and it looks quite big compared to GTA IV stock cars. I've seen a lot of bmw e38 7series (as an example), yet they both are around 5100-5300 mm long. I'd say it has to be resized by few percents... damn we're getting on your nerves there... :
