Looks like that's a Caprice by "bigfoot2003" (well that's his GTAF nickname atleast) for SA. "poctik" converted the civil version, for some reason he never finished the police one. Did you contact "bigfoot" ?

Hmm, I gues that's true. I haven't seen him for a while at gtaf... man, so many great cars got left behind... I really hope he will return.

Anyway, it's great that you've got a hold of this caprice, I waited it for such a long time now. Even tho I don't like these kind of situations, when the car is being converted without authors permission, I gues there is no other way since it's not possible to contact him.

Don't worry about it, you'll always find whiners begging for mods at a rude way and probably raging against your work (something I can't understand, since there are only few caprice models in comparison with the tons of BMWs or Mercedes released). Keep it up, mate!

Better dirt would've been great and there is some kind of small dent on both sides above rear wheels.

Me likes in overall, expecting to see cop versions soon !
