The worst thing though, no matter what your political views are, the media does very little to report this. If anyone else was in her place it would be reported 24/7. Petraeus got indicted but Hillary gets a pass. The FBI is investigating this right now and you'd never be able to tell.

 

I have seen this ALL over the news, especially NBC. George Bush did the same exact thing and got a pass for it. I don't mean to say she should get a pass, but the media certainly sweeps things under the rug much more efficiently than this.

Go for it, move outside the US. I love it when people threaten to move to another country if a law gets passed or a person gets elected because I know they are just talking out their ass. And if you are serious I can tell you that as an American living in a foreign country you will quickly realize how much you will miss living in the US and all the things we take for granted. I always though living in Germany would be awesome, and to a certain extent it still is, but it made me realize how lucky I am to be an American and live in the US.

When I was a Marine, it was highly illegal and unauthorized to use and/or transfer classified documents from a classified machine to a non-classified machine. So... what was allegedly done here should be no exception regardless of who it is. If appropriate laws were broken in the keepsake of classified documents on a personal server, then the user/owner of that server should be held accountable for the unauthorized use and transfer of classified/sensitive documents on a non-classified device.
