The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have tried, but it seems that RagePluginHook is crashing at startup. I've tried starting it first, it crashes. I then tried starting GTA, letting it boot up to my spawning, then ALT-Tabbing and starting RPH, but it crashes again.

It's been reported plenty of times on RPH's site (I checked when this first happened) so it's just a matter of them releasing a compatibility update.

Just make sure to make your subject something along the lines of what you are looking/asking for.

Works fine for me.

Hmm. Are you running any other mods/addons besides LSPDFR? That might be the problem with me. I'm going to go and investigate.

EDIT: Make sure you run RPH as Admin. That did it for me. So simple, yet makes the best of us scratch our heads lol.

It might actually be a problem with the .dlls being blocked. Dunno how it works on Windows 10 as I haven't upgraded yet.

I'm on Windows 10 as well, it works fine. Next releases will also be compiled against the VC++ 2015 redist.

It's working fine for me as well, but that's great to hear!  ^^

Everything works without checking number plates. Being in a modding community i would wait 2-3 months. I had so much trouble with crashes and such. Blocked files. Stil not able to stop people in lspdfr or check number plates. Ends with ctd

no issues from upgrading to windows 10 that I can identify. At least none that I don't think aren't bugs related to mods I'm using. I am seeing LSPDFR.dll crash more often but I believe that was happening even under Windows 8.1 (for me), ever since LSPDFR .2b was released.

Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so.

Hmm, never had any crashes with 7, but once I upgraded to 10, I started to crash whenever I tried to pull someone over. Gonna try to dig a little deeper with it.

try going to the ragepluginhook.ini and change the thred or what its called from 10000 to 60000. Play the mod for 20 minutes or something without using shift or e. Then try it..
