After I insalled LSPDFR 0.2 I load Rage and then the game starts up fine. But, after I press the F4 key the screen/character freezes and nothing pops up

(nowhere to type "load plugin" etc....). If  I press the F4 key again the games and the character unfreezes and I can move around again.

Any Suggestions??

Have you tried installing newest version of ragehook?http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx try it if you didn't might fix the problem. And make sure that you launching ragehook.exe as administrator.

You don't have to type load plugin - Please read the user documentation before posting a topic. 

** Im assuming you use/have OpenIV also...

Do you have ScriptHook.net installed? If so do the following...

1.) Delete ScriptHook.net

2.) Delete dinput8.dll

3.) Download the regular ScriptHook again and install that

4.) Load OpenIV, go to ASI manager, and uninstall, then install both options.

Let me know if this solves it for you.

If you need .net for a mod, add it after you get the console to open, not before.

I managed to get LSPDFR started BUT after I select my Cop Character and start selecting my car the graphics Quality messes up I get pix-elated images I have attached Photo's of my game.

 

Please take proper screenshots of your game, and not your monitor, your phone, or yourself. Use a screen capture software if PrintScreen is not working.

So this may be alittle off topic from the main question but.....I cant seem to open the RageHook console in game by pressing F4. It pauses the game I guess like its suppoed to but no console (I cant freaking use Finkone's Police Scanner!!!!!). But when i completely remove ScriptHookV it works fine. But I cant seem to find a way for them to both be friends and share the game properly

Note: Rage and ScriptHook mods/scripts both work...except PoliceScanner.

To management: I apologize If this needs to go somewhere else, feel free to do so, this is just the first semi constructive thing I have seen about my situation

Im having this same issue with 0.2a. Mine is also no longer opening RageHook UI when pressing F4, its only pausing since ive installed 0.2a. Ill be going back to 0.2 until its resolved. I assume it was released with the newest ragehook plugin, but I installed the newest version just to be safe. Also Finkone's police radio works but the UI no longer shows up. Ineseri, why not try to support the issues rather than being so critical. Although this was two days ago I think mini-poppers was merely stating a fact rather than asking if thats how you load ragehook. I think hes referring to the UI. By the way the photos are not bad i can see them clear as day.

Edit: You do have to type "load plugin" - If you want to load a plugin that either crashed or you have not set up to automatically load.

Sounds more like the ongoing DirectX issues with the RAGE Plugin Hook/ScriptHookV than anything else.  Certainly not an LSPDFR problem though, and therefore not much we can do about it.

 Its just odd 0.1e and 0.2 is working fine for me. Im using "better stun gun v1.4" do you think that could be conflicting with lspdfr 0.2a?  Ill try some things and see what happens.

Although GTA 5 is much more stable always make backup folders, learned that with lcpdfr lol. All these plugins running along side, something has to mess up from time to time.

Also, I just want to say thank you for lspdfr, you guys make gta worth playing.

Edit: Just to be clear im not having a graphics issue like mini-poppers just F4 pauses the game with no ragehook UI, and finkones mod also lost the UI.

Ragehook and Police Radio are both working, they just are not being displayed.  If you hit F4 and type "Spawn Police" your vehicle will spawn, which means its running in the background.  Police radio is also running because I ended up doing a plate check by accident and I can hear the beeps from moving through the selector.

Alt tab out of game while keeping gta running. Close the gamelauncher and go back in game. This should make it work properly again.

after re-reading your I would try what 7ranzig7 said...it actually fixed my problem which was pretty much the same as your problem lol (again after re-reading) 

bascall start thegame with Ragehook. Once in game press alt & tab which brings you to your desktop. Close the GTAV game launcher and go back into your game. It took mine about 1 min but then the ragehook version popped up in the bottom right corner of my screen and then I was able to push F4. 

I hope that helps you, otherwise I would recommend re-installing ragehook or lspdfr. (Im not too computer/script savy, so I usually figure out my own issues by basic troubleshooting and moving stuff around until I figure it out)

Also thanks @7ranzig7 for that tip....it worked for me
