Really Weird but I fixed it....for now I guess. I replaced the car variation file all together for one of the vehicle and it worked. The first time though I just copied and texted the lines into the car variations file that was already there. I had no idea that that type of file could mess with sound. Thank you though @ineseri

So it's been a while since I've been on but I re-installed LSPDFR and Rage Hook last night. As well as a 2 vehicle models and vehicle skins. The game and LSPDFR functioned just fine sound and all. Then today I tried to play and during the start up screen intro "police sirens and gun shots etc...." it started going crazy and double those sounds (not sure anyway to better put it) then after it gets to the actual loading story screen "character pictures" there is no sound and then no sound in game. I have tried restarting the game but nothing. I have never experienced anything lime this with the sound going all crazy and then not working. Does anyone have any advice for this?? Also I did make a change to a .meta and carvariation file as provided in the installation but it was for a vehicle that I installed. I doubt that would be the problem but who knows....I'm not the best when it comes to technical stuff like this but I have installed many vehicle mods in the past and this has never happened Update:* I just removed my Mods folder from the GTAV root folder and get the same problem. So I can pretty much rule out my vehicle install and .meta and carvariation changes cuz they are located in that folder.

Lol please note that I am not looking for anyone to "make me feel better about my opinions" trust me, I would be in the wrong profession if I cared what people thought about me or tried to conform my views to others. And I like my own opinions, that's why they are mine I am simply interested in hearing what others opinions are. I have actually asked similar questions on "less police friendly" forums as well.....so as for the biased thing, sure maybe on this site, but I am interested to hear what individuals from other countries have to say about policing in America thank you this is very interesting. I saw Russia in there, is that where you are from? I can really appreciate what you stated in number 4....people don't need to know everything, most wouldn't understand it anyway

@Keithy Very well put!! It's way too easy to see the bad press about the police. It is much more difficult to see the good and positive things law enforcement does for the communites in which they serve. So I take the time to seek out the positive. thank you for your input

Good and justifiable shoot all the way around!!! Im glad the officers are ok and only the bad guy got smoked. This just goes to show how a simple interaction with someone can turn deadly in a matter of seconds. I saw a shorter version of this on youtube but this video is much better

The question is simply about policing in the United States of America. In sight of recent events, and in your own opinion, have we failed as members of the Law Enforcement community or for some of you that may not have LE experience as non-bias third party? (I say non-bias, but I acknowledge the fact this site is, for the most part, pro-LEO) Some questions you should ask yourself are: Does the media create a public expectation of what they think, police should or should not be doing or doing different? (Have they created something that just isn't there)What is the actual percentage of REAL as opposed to NOT REAL cases of police brutality? (We are dealing dishonest human beings at times)Do you think the Police is becoming Too Militarized? (I say we have to keep up with what the bad guy throws at us)Is there not enough education on what policing and law enforcement is?.....and should the public really know everything? (Tactics, SOP's etc..)I encourage and invite anyone who wishes to give their opinion on this matter to do so. The only thing I ask is that you give semi-educated responses and not "F*** the Police" comments (It will only display your ignorance) AND that you show everyone who posts on this topic the same amount of respect for their views, as you would want to be shown, for yours (Also, I would enjoy to see members from different countries) Thank you!

Just wondering, does anyone know if there will be a fix for this compatibility issue between ragehook and scripthookV? I have plugins that I commonly use for both but cant use PoliceRadio mod until their is a fix....Any thoughts or work arounds??

Domestic Disturbance, (he said she said) now it's up to you as the officer to figure out if a crime was committed. Or it could be violent upon your arrival.....you never know so having another officer respond Code 2 and then request them to step it up if things get out of hand. Common situation in the law enforcement world

no worries man haha, it was driving me nuts so I just started messing around with the files and stumbled upon a fix. I'm still havng issues where I can't play Lspdfr but I think it has to do with rage hook and script hook not working together. If you happen to know a fix with that let me know. Thanks

Ok so I think I have figured out my issue..... I found out through removing items and putting them back in my GTA game files (Process of elimination) That the problem was within my "mods" folder, more specifically the update folder within the mods folder Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update all of the other content within my mods folder ie..x64, x64e and a few other worked fine and the game started up and ran just fine. So in conclusion by simply removing the update folder from the mods folder fixed my issue. Unfortunately I will have to figure out what skins and things that I have added that I will now need to re download but I will be doing this one by one to hopfully find the source of this in the first place. Hope this helps you as well

Im having this same issue -Reinstalled Rage Plugin Hook (Newest Ver) -Reinstalled Scripthook V (Newest Ver) -Reinstalled Script Hook . Net (Newest Ver) and thats all I have done since rockstars newest patch but im still not able get past a few seconds of the game loading after selecting Story Mode
