Did you just even try to see if it was updated? Just uninstall it and reinstall it. At some point I had trouble opening .rar archives or creating them, I just uninstalled WinRar and reinstalled it, and it worked perfectly.

    No need for capslock.
Can you try using 7zip instead?

You clearly do not know how to install mods for GTA V. It is not as simple as GTA IV, you need to follow the tutorial I linked and use a mods folder. Here's that link again: http://openiv.com/?p=1132

If simple you copy a 100% savegame in the GTA IV savegames that not enough because after 5-10 min automaticly turn on the drunk cam, if you deleted the xlive.dll the savegames are gone, but if you not deleted just moved away from the GTA IV main folder you just copy that back and the savegames are back

The error in AdvancedHook.log is a generic crash, it doesn't tell me anything. The best thing to do would be to uninstall GTA IV and delete everything in it's folder. Then install GTA IV, install the latest patch (unless you are using Steam), then make sure the game starts. If it does, then install LCPDFR.

The game will always have the out of memory error when closing the game with LCPDFR installed, unless you manually install the taser. It can be ignored.

If you using mod what is overwrite AdvancedHook.dll, dsound.dll, Scriptshook.dll that bad because the LCPDFR need too the AdvancedHook.dll, dsound.dll, Scriptshook.dll to work perfectly

What he is asking is... Did any of the mods you installed overwrite those files? If they did you need to go get the originals back by downloading the manual install of LCPDFR and overwriting those files.

No, the issue isn't relative. It will happen on every computer so long as GTA IV is loading new img files. The LCPDFR taser is in its own models file that is loaded by AdvancedHookInit.asi, so that out of memory error will happen every time you close the game. If you didn't get the error before then you either manually installed the taser or the taser didn't work because AdvancedHookInit didn't load it.
