The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I downloaded the mod and I played a bit , so far so good.
But I noticed that every call that I get is a pursuit call.
Are there only pursuit calls right now?

    This is "only" a beta version, a framework which we will build the rest of LSPDFR on. As such, it is not LCPDFR 1.1 for GTA V. We've stated this before :)
