Hey guys,

Hope I am in the right section this time.  Anyone know of a nice Tow Truck mod that doesn't just spawn on top of all the vehicles?  Kinda like a GTA IV type of service where you can press T and one will show up in about 10 seconds or less etc.

FinKone is working on one, which is currently in the testing stages. Hopefully it'll be out soon!

Ya heard about that one and saw some ingame footage.  looks like its working well.  Hopefully it will release soon.

Ya found that one yesterday evening.  Works pretty good too.  I like how the guy will get out of Tow Truck and write down plates etc. then take off and he is not in a big rush.  More realistic :)

What script-hook are you using?  I would make sure you have all the latest updates and list any additional mods you are using so someone with some brains (not me) can help :p

Well a few things to remember (I'm sure already know) any additional mods to LSPDFR can make the game unstable or make something not work, however that being said I have the same mods and with no issue.  The best advice I can give is uninstall and reinstall anything tied to the truck mod. Make sure the DLL files are in your scripts folder as well not just in the main directory.

I had to end up putting both the "TowTruck" files in a folder called "Scripts." This is not a folder that comes with your clean version of GTA V so you must create it yourself. I found this out by reading the comments from the mod creator on gta5-mods.com. After this it should work.

Its hard to see but this is exactly what Lone Starrr and I were saying about the "Script Folder" inside the main GTA V directory.  Let us know if this was the issue hope it helps.  Thanks Lone Starrr for clarifying this for me.

 I actually didn't notice you mentioned the "scripts" folder in your post otherwise, I wouldn't have made my post in the first place. Sorry, I didn't mean to reiterate, I have quite a tendency to miss things. :)
