RAGEComputer is like an alternative to the current police computer in LSPDFR
I did, however, find a fix to the problem. It seems CalloutsV was overriding all the other callout plugins. After removing it, all callout plugins started working. This is the only solution to the issue I have found so far.

So the Obama administration has banned local police from getting certain equipment from the military that used to be available in the 1033 program. Would like to here some of your thoughts. Here's my opinion(that many especially non Americans will disagree with lol)
 
I personally think it's stupid, like really f***ing stupid. After reading many comments and other people's thoughts on some articles, it seems like only the people who agree with the decision are uninformed in what the tools do, or have a negative perception of the police and their equipment because of the media. Cops are not buying tanks! They are buying and using armored(not armed) vehicles that are simply used as a defensive tool. A think 3-4 months ago, my town's CIRT team(SWAT) was taking shots responding to a barricaded EDP with a rifle. They took some shots from the guy and many of them hit the Bearcat. Had that been an unarmored van, the bullets probably would've sliced through and hit an officer. Tanks are equipped with cannons and automatic turret guns that can take down a buildings, completely opposite to armored vehicles
People think cops are patrolling with M4s, they are not. They are sometimes using a semi-automatic ar15 rifle, that is simply based off the m4 platform. Those guns are easily available to the public(that are allowed), and many do own it. I believe they've also banned grenade launchers. None of the grenades swat use are lethal. It's all less lethal, like smoke and tear gas, and etc. And people get upset and wonder why some sway have military syle uniforms, so what. As long as the patrol officers are not working in camo unis I don't see a problem. I feel like the media and recent riots have made people think the police are just soldiers, when in reality the equipment rarely gets used, and is never used on patrol/everyday policing.
Until I'm seeing cops everywhere patrolling in armed or armored vehicles and having vehicle checkpoints every 10 miles and other shit like that, I'm not believing in this militarization of the police and the police state bs. This decision seemed to made only to appease people. Got that off my chest lol

Not everyone needs to be handcuffed. Sometimes handcuffing a person will result in them not wanting to cooperate because they feel they are already under arrest. Also, they probably didn't want to handcuff him in the bathroom because it is a confined place with not a lot of room to fight if he decided to resist...or pull a pellet gun from his waistband.
Yes I know people lie, but you said "in a lot of cases" as if cops lie most of the time.
I am just tired of people criticizing an officer's split second decision, especially when that decision was the correct one. I have always said that in the public's eyes no matter what an officer does somebody will always come in and say "well they should have done this" or "I would have done it this way" and 99% of the time it is the people with no actual training or experience in law enforcement that say those things. It just goes to show that the police will always be wrong no matter how they handle the situation. If the officers shot him then people will say they should have used a taser, if they tased him people would say they should have used OC spray, if they used OC spray people will say they should have went hands on, if they went hands on people will say they should have talked the suspect down.

You obviously do not get what I am saying about Iraq. I mean, you said the CIA is funding Taliban, that's absurd! There's not even any evidence to support it. And if you tell me to "Look it up on the internet." cause thats where you saw it, then you are just one  of the many brainwashed by these conspiracy theorists. The US Military is not there to overthrow or take over the country, but to get rid of these radical Islamist that want to "kill all evil Westerners." Yes, I'll admit, it is not going well but that is because we made the mistake of leaving when we had them on the defensive. On another note, I do not understand how you are saying the US should stop "sticking it's nose where it doesn't belong" yet you want the US to help with Mexico's issues? I agree with DivineHustle in this aspect, you are being quite hypocritical. Finally, I don't understand why you have stooped down to the point where you insult my country and my people. I mean really? That is just a childish thing to do since I didn't even mention a thing about your country or your people. If I were you, I would refrain from continuing the insults to other's countries.
 
Also, the rest of the world hates us? Well I guess we better just stop sending any and all kinds of aid (food, water, medicine, etc.) to every other country in the world seeing as how they hate us so much. And I also guess when the next major war breaks out, the strongest military in the world will just stand by and watch its allies fight since they apparently "hate" us.

First off, I do agree with your point that the US should help with Mexico's efforts to eliminate the drug cartels. As a Texan, living this close to the border has shown me the damage these people can do when the infiltrate the US. It has also shown me just how easily they are able to do this. So, what I'm saying is, yes the US should help improve relations with Mexico and also aid them in their efforts. Definitely not by sending US troops but by other means. However, on your point involving the US's "sticking it's nose where it shouldn't" in the Middle East, I completely disagree. On September 11, 2001, over 3000 innocent American citizens were killed while just doing their daily jobs. This terrorist act is now known as 9/11. This attack was planned out by Osama Bin Laden along with various other members the group known as al-Qaeda. al-Qaeda also being the group to carry out the acts. This provoked many American citizens and government officials to the point where it infuriated them so much that many demanded war. Thus, the war in the Middle East began. There have also been various other attacks on US citizens and allies since then by various different terrorist groups in the Middle East. Some say the US went there for oil. However, if you look at the cost of the war (1.6 Trillion) and the return from assets in the Middle East, it is absurd to make such a comment. Others say we went there to establish a US-run government in Iraq. This is also not true as almost all US assets have pulled out of the region. The only remaining assets being those training Iraqi soldiers. Plus, you can see how well the Iraqis can fend for themselves with ISIS now controlling a decent amount of the country, including many oil reservoirs.  What I'm getting at is that, in my opinion, the US was fully justified in beginning a campaign in the Middle East.

A few corrections to your post:
We don't consider ourselves the world police, it's a name that the world has given us; since we supposedly try to act like the world's police. It isn't a self-acclaimed title, and most Americans aren't proud of that title either. The fact that you think this is a title that Americans are proud of just proves that you should do a little more research on things like that, before posting. Just a suggestion of course.
Secondly, no, I really hope you aren't suggesting that America puts boots on Mexican grounds to help fight gangs. If that's what you're suggesting, words can't describe how I feel about that. And I'll tell you it's a new level of ignorance.
Thirdly, Mexicans would still immigrate. It's clear that you don't understand why Mexicans immigrate, or anyone immigrates to the United States. This is an entirely different topic though, so let's stay on subject here please.
Hard to respond to a comment without hate when the comment has such ignorance in it. Everyone has the right to an opinion, but that doesn't immediately make the opinion valid, or sensible.
 

That all depends. If you live where I live, 12 miles out of the nearest town, and its only you, your family, and a couple of close friends, it is obviously not going to bother anyone if you shoot off a ton of fireworks. However, the majority of the population does live in cities so this could be a good solution to keeping chaos down in cities and responding veterans in a positive way. 

Go back and make sure all your .dll and .asi files are unblocked by right-clicking, going into properties, and selecting the box that says "Unblock" at the bottom. If there is no box there, it means it is already unblocked. Don't forget to check your "Plugins" and "Scripts" folders aswell. After this run RAGEPluginHook as an administrator and it should work. I had the exact same issue and it was caused by ScriptHookV. So, if this fix does not work, try deleting ScriptHookV (This will render all mods that require ScriptHookV useless) or revert back to the 0.1d version of LSPDFR (This will make FinKone's PoliceRadio useless). 

The current and previous versions of LSPDFR have all only had 3 callouts (In Pursuit of Armed Suspects, Grand Theft Auto, and Pursuit) I believe, which all, in the end, do turn out in you pursuing the criminals. However, if your issue is only getting callouts under the category "Pursuit" then I do not know what could be going wrong. 
 
Now, for your second issue, what are the details? Does it crash on launch? Does the RAGEPluginHook trainer not show up? Details like this will help us figure out what the root of your issue is.

For those who haven't discovered it you can put your suspect into a backup officers car.  Just walk over to the rear door and press F to open it.  Move over to the driver door to order them inside.  Push the door closed once the perp gets inside.  If you keep the vehicle in sight so it doesn't despawn,  the backup officers will eventually come back and drive off.  Works most of the time, just don't accidentally get in the car or you will take it over and the the officers will just wander off.

I actually didn't notice you mentioned the "scripts" folder in your post otherwise, I wouldn't have made my post in the first place. Sorry, I didn't mean to reiterate, I have quite a tendency to miss things. :)

One suggestion I have is maybe having callouts for different deparments. EX: Large shootings would be for NOOSE, Transporting a prisioner at the PD to the Prison using the police transporter.

Well, I really loved it its very stable and well done kutos to you. A few things I really wanna see. ( Alot of typos and messuls plus my requests will be possible when we are far as gta iv was, but blergh g17 or someone may not even read this but worth a try so these are my possibles and too fars.
*Police radio animations if I can call for backup and my guy can put his hand on his shoulder radio, LSPD,SAHP and LSSD would be good the other agencies use earpieces.
*Flashlight, A flashlight model and animation exist ingame so I would love to search a alley using it or using a car spotlight (Hopefully like the one from GTA IV). Also giving your partner commands to use their flashlight to search around.
*Trunk, If I can go to my trunk and get a menu to select a shotgun,Carbine Rifle,spikes,reflective vest,cones and flares and the weird red glowing mink traffic stick valets use ingame would be pretty sweet all of these exist in-game also.
*Shootout Police backup, if backup could pull up smoothly and jump out their cars and pull their guns and duck by their doors would be sweet.
*Traffic Stops, I would love it if I called for backup they could pull behind me and get out and sorta back me up would be nice, also FIB and IAA backup would be sweet if you ever add stings and ops.
*Police Helicopters, I would appreciate if we could finally use the spotlight and maybe as a big maybe a night vision mode as some pilots use
*Customization I love customization and its set up if posible could we get a seperate toggles for hats,glasses and things like that spamming the props button for a hat is a bit of a small con.
*Partners and their customization if it is possible and its a big if, if I could make my officer then make my partners and in the end they stand next to eachother and you could hit like a final finished button and they do something like Salute or fist pump like the LSPD ads.
*Stings and Operations, it would be nice uf we could set up a IAA or FIB sting for like a fraud guy a escaped serial murder or even prostitution and operations for NOOSE Weapon deal raids or something
*Police station Exploration we all know and love the traditional walk to lockers to get on duty in gta iv. If you could use the Mission Row or the station near downtown its near a movie theatre or something the one with the interior if we walked to the door of for say davis sheriff station it would show us the interior of the mission row version interior and we could approach the desk as to sign in or just waltz to the locker room grab our stuff and partner and walk to the garage and the interior seems living a cop escorting people to cells lots of cops in the meeting room and other rooms are occupied or force duty. Lulz
*Jail, if I could manually carry and take hold of a person and bring them to a booking cop at the desk would also be okay
*Mission Briefing before leaving to get our car if there could be a scene in which a superior talks about calls like if he or she says there has been alot kf car thefts and the majority callouts will be gtas you know kinda randomize it it can be randomized based on your agency or if you start a Operation or sting plugin or mod you get sent to a briefing about it. Skip options should be available
Well thats what I would like to seesome maybe to much but hey its GTA the bigger the better soon in gta 6 it will literally be live skin action in front of us. I know there are alot if typos and such but this is my first time so blergh.

To add to this:
* sport cars that end up side by side rev engines and prepare for a random street race. (random)
* Witness protection/ transport to court / safe house (possibility of attack)
* Prisoner Transport (Possibility of attack)
* Weapon smuggling / illegal weapon sales
Also would like to see more task force takedowns maybe? like a raid on a building or when going after a wanted criminal.  This will include multiple levels of law enforcement with local cops closing roads and noose / fib move in for the attack and chopper support.
 

Firstly, thanks to the community team, staff, and G17 for their hard work and dedication for creating this modification, especially so quickly.

K-9 units dis-patchable More In-depth traffic stops Home calls (domestic violence) Pursuits more fluent (like traffic is a determining factor how long the pursuit may last) Ability to search the car (front,back,trunk) Kidnapping call (Dispatch gives info of the vehicle, vehicle is in your area obviously. If you find the vehicle either pursuit or they leave car and run. If you don't find the vehicle in allotted time call is off.) Ability to setup road block checkpoints (Search each car) Domestic Wild Animal Calls (Bear, Mountain Lion etc. Spotted in a certain area. You must find and kill it.) Officer Promotion (Just an idea --- possibly could only get certain calls depending on police rank, also must have a partner depending on rank. separate campaign type mode) Officer Achievements (Just an idea) Homicide Detective WITH Homicide Investigations (Ability to speak to witnesses at crime scene, look for clues, etc) Citizens Show Emotion (Citizens will either scold or praise you for duty - ex. While you're on foot) Robbery/Hostage Situation

I had to end up putting both the "TowTruck" files in a folder called "Scripts." This is not a folder that comes with your clean version of GTA V so you must create it yourself. I found this out by reading the comments from the mod creator on gta5-mods.com. After this it should work.

Agreed, I know I like playing on a more realistic level there needs to be a balance between action and more mundane calls where you file a report or go and see whats up.  I think it would be cool if there was a cascade of events like responding to a burglary alarm (automatic or person) and get a description of the suspect and you go searching in the area for him/her.   Even for domestic calls where one left the house and went somewhere else and you need to go and track them down (non-emergency) and ask for a statement either leading to a warning or an arrest.
