Ya found that one yesterday evening.  Works pretty good too.  I like how the guy will get out of Tow Truck and write down plates etc. then take off and he is not in a big rush.  More realistic :)

You should take a minute to calm down, sir. Laughing uncontrollably leads to derangement. You'll be seeing "countdowns" before you know it.
 
"Done" would imply that it was released, with no issues and all of the content finished. The development would stop if it was "done".
Instead, it's more....hmmm...approaching public testing? Yes. That.

Find the file called trainer.ini, hit CTRL+F in trainer.ini and type KeyBindingsDisabled=0 . Replace 0 with 1. Try it again.

Expanding on earlier, models are no longer allowed to be uploaded unless you edited the actual model.
 
For what you need, put your own username (something like "me" isn't acceptable) in the credits, and especially put Cj24's name in the credits because he created the original textures.
 
It would look something like this:
Credits:
Cj24- original textures
GummyBearqc- Texture edits

LOL, I just haven't noticed these. I've done lots of free roam (mostly getting myself into pursuits), but I just haven't noticed them
