Ya heard it! Open IV now has audio editing and open formats support for audio files. I can't wait to  change those default sirens around.

I've updated my crappy little speech decoder tool.  It supports Open IV audio exports now (only speech).

The police scanner content is astounding! There is radio chatter for pretty much any crime or incident you could think of!!! 

And im definitely looking forward to some new sirens.

I know some of them are fine, the Granger as well, but as for the stainer, buffalo, and Interceptor are horrible
