After 4 years, and thousands of modifications, there is, to date, still no turn signal mod for GTA IV. I find it inconceivable that with mods like ELS, which provides limitless customization over the lights on your emergency vehicle, we can't even have a blinker. Even the AI can use turn signals, and we all know how brilliant the AI is. I would make one myself if I knew how.

Any Ideas?
