i want to play GTA SA online using MTA but im using the steam version, is there a way to downgrade SA so MTA works and doesnt have any risk of getting banned from steam? -RE59 EDIT : I have fount a post on the steam forums with a guide to play MTA (might work with SA-MP) so noone else has this problem here it is http://forums.steamp...d.php?t=1952458

i have a quad xeon at 2.8ghz and a radeon HD5450 with 2gb ram and i get about 30fps on medium dont know if this will help

a skin i made for sams whelen freedom charger. star is a made upo division of the lcpd- i loosly based this off the noose cruiser that is default for IV

i have made the first skin i want to release. can someone answer : A. are we allowed to release skins for sams whelen freedom dodge charger? B. if so what files do i need to upload, i mean just the .wtd, the .img or the model for the car aswell? Here is a pic of the skin i made

if you have gta through steam you can press f11, or if you could press the "print scrn sysrq" button and then paste it into paint or another image editing program
