The noose officer, when i go pick a model, is always crouching, i know its suppose to be like that, but is there a way to make him stand up? I hate it crouching. I know i can just use the noose pilot, but it doesnt have the same look, and hats. Is there a mod, or something?

You can hold Alt and your character will stand up.

You can change the walkstyle in peds.ide located in GTA IV/common/data...

you can change the Ped from Openiv/Sparkiv or simply press CNTRL or ALT to stand up.

​That only changes the model, NOT the animation. You can change this by going to peds.ide, finding the line that begins with M_Y_Swat, and replacing it with the line below:

M_Y_Swat, 		M_Y_SWAT_P, 		COP,	 		move_rifle,		GESTURES@MALE,		GESTURES@M_PHONE,	FACIALS@M_LO,		visemes@m_lo,		0, 		move_rifle,		null,			-1,-1,		PED_TYPE_PLAYER,	VOICE_PLY_CR,  		VOICE_PLY_CR

I know this was a very long time ago, and thank you because i did do that and it helped. But i installed a fresh new GTA IV and i forgot how to do it :/

What were is the peds.ide file and how do i open it?
