LtKeller got a reaction fromDeactivated Memberin Ped BehaviorsAs I was playing around with GTA V on a Xbox 360, I tried changing the ped hashes for Michael, and noticed something interesting. When the hash was set to a cop, the peds would treat him as one. For certain actions that would normally result in a wanted level, such as breaking into a car, other cops would ignore Michael (presumably searching for a ped with his hash). When the police went into search mode, something even more interesting happened: A search area sector appeared for Michael, as well as for other cops. Even when Michael would enter the search area of another police officer, he would be ignored. So, could it be inferred that GTA V's game mechanics are based on the hashes of the peds, rather than labeling the player as "the player" with it's own hash? If so, modifying these hashes would be the first step to "LSPDFR," and disabling the wanted levels along with adding additional mechanics (ex. Traffic Stops, arresting a ped) would remain.

LtKeller got a reaction from Markyroson in New PC gamer needs helpI'd recommend you use a desktop instead. They are cheaper (If you already have peripherals) and you can build it specifically to specification.

LtKeller got a reaction from pistolonmyside in HELP! LCPDFR NOT WORKING!Please ensure that an ASI Loader, ScriptHook and AdvancedHook are present.
Also, make sure you have all dependencies installed. You can check this by running the LCPDFR diagnostics tool, located in the "LCPDFR" folder at the GTA IV root directory.

LtKeller got a reaction fromDeactivated Memberin LCPDFR Keeps crashing after 5-10 minutesThis problably has to do with AdvancedHook. Try deleting Advancedhookinit.asi (and install taser manualy). If that dosen't work, try this: http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/troubleshooting-crashes-r112

LtKeller got a reaction from Messssy in Please help~ GTA4 crashes after awhileEither ELS is causing problems, or you have an invalid version of AdvancedHook. Try doing a manual reinstall of LCPD:FR.

LtKeller got a reaction from AngeloCosma in Why am I still crashing-GTA IV is actually a very demanding game, and is not well designed. Because of this, your graphics card isn't ideal for running GTA IV on maximum settings. However, there are a few things you can do to make GTA IV run better, outlined below.
-What is giving you the error message? GTA IV? Steam?
-"Downgrading" from LCPD:FR 1.0d to 1.0c won't help performance, it will just be more unstable.
1.) Commandline
Create a new text file titled "commandline.txt", and paste this inside:
-nomemrestrict
-norestrictions
-novblank
This may help or hurt your performance, it varies from each computer
2.) Large Address Aware
Please see '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> for more details.
3.) Eliminate "Bloatware"
Use taskmgr.exe to eliminate any running applications from using too much of resources

LtKeller got a reaction from oXDevonXo in LCPD Traffic Stops is broke!VDH Policehelper is only supported by LCPD:FR .95, not 1.0. A reckless driver created by PoliceHelper will perform the "pulling over" animation, but will resume to driving after LCPD:FR has executed it's task. To solve your problem, you need to disable reckless drivers in VDH PoliceHelper and rely on LCPD:FR's own reckless drivers. You can configure this in the configuration files of both LCPD:FR and PoliceHelper.

LtKeller got a reaction from RyWilson in Unable to Order Suspects Out of Vehicle or Tell them to Stop During PursuitsI think that if peds are set to not cooperate and require a taser, they won't respond to commands. I suggest that you just go up to the vehicle and pull the suspect out by pressing "F", and arrest him then.

LtKeller got a reaction from DEverly0722 in lost an confused...not very comp savyCan you please post your log files? Log files are text files in your GTA IV folder with .log on the end of them. Just search .log in your GTA folder, and post all .log files.
You can also do some troubleshooting by launching LCPDFR Diagnostics Tool.exe, in the LCPDFR folder of GTA IV, and clicking "Check Your Installation."
Also, try instaling these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012

LtKeller got a reaction from NathanET in LCPDFR 1.0c CrashesMy best guess would be ELS. Try changing [ClearRandAiExtrasSp = off] to [ClearRandAiExtrasSp = on], your asi loader, and disabling ELS AI altogether (in ELS.ini). Also, individual vehicle configuration files with enabled cruise lights could be problematic.
-
LtKeller got a reaction from OfficerTrooper in ELS v8 CrashesTry turning MaxElsCarsAtOnce down, ClearRandAiExtras off, and cruise lights in the individual vehicle config files off.
