interesting week for these cops - a high speed chase and a manhunt

Nicely done. I love how US cops never mess around when it comes to pursuits. 

 

If they also shoot tires like our cops do chases would end even sooner :D

I currently live in Fairfax County, decided Baltimore wasn't the place for me lol.

I heard this chase go by outside my window, and I did hear quite a few "bangs" as though they were trying to pit the vehicle. This isn't far from where I live, and I will say that Fairfax County Police have a reputation of seriousness.

Right across the bridge into the neighboring state of Maryland is Prince George's County. This county is known for very low income, a moderate crime rate, and it also contains a small ghetto not too far from the bridge connecting Virginia and Maryland. Fairfax County makes a medium household income of about $110,000 a year, while Prince George's County is about $73,000 a year. Fairfax County is one of the wealthiest counties on the east coast. Prince George's County also houses the U.S. National Harbor.

As I said, Fairfax County Police are known for their aggressiveness in suppressing any crime leaking across the bridge from neighboring Maryland. Their tactics aren't surprising, you just don't want to break the law here.
