I tried to disable the AI police in LCPDFR 1.1 via the .ini and the tool but there are still AI cops driving around. I used the singleplayer and the multiplayer but AI is still responding to calls and I really start to hate them because they always hit me and kill the suspect. Is there a way to completely disable the AI police like in 0.95?

If I'm not wrong, you can disable cops from spawning via the Simple Native Trainer. But I'm not completely sure.

No, you don't have to change anything in there, you just open the trainer in-game with F3, go into options and it should be there somewhere.

Cops Dispatched / Not Dispatched

 

You'll see them a lot less if you enable those.
