I think its against forum rules to upload original files. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

Okay, I knew it was something like that.

@miscappalacacca - This is why you always make a complete copy of your entire GTA IV install folder after a fresh install(no mods installed). That way if you screw something up, its easily fixable. Thats what I do. You will have to install the game again
