Weirdest glitch on GTA IV?

Going to start a discussion about this since I'm quite interested on what people have seen. 

 

What is the weirdest glitch you guys have seen on GTA 4/LCPDFR happen?

That really messed with my head lol.

 

I might try doing that, but then again, I'll probably mess my game up and have to download 12 Gigs from steam again :p

I loved it when the vdH Police Helper's cones glitched out and dropped police from the sky, then they'd just walk away.

There seems to be a glitch sometimes in 1.0d, where if you arrest a suspect, then grab them, then press to drive them to the station yourself, they rocket into the sky, then fall down and die. Never fails to make me laugh

Good old days? That still happens now!
