I just found out that you can seize a car from a traffic stop and conduct a breath test when you've detained a suspect from a traffic stop. Just place him into your vehicle, get in and press Q.
Something else I found in the forum is that you can place a waypoint on the map and request backup. They'll drive to the waypoint. 
Most of you might know about it, but you can press Ctrl + B to place a road block/checkpoint.
 
If you know another hidden feature, let me and all the readers know. :p
 
 
Edit: You can make a commandline.txt containing "-windowed" to start the game in window mode (obviously) and then hit Alt + Enter to enable fullscreen mode.

Yeaaaah, that's a plugin feature in Callouts+. There is nothing hidden about it :P

Try use diffrent ELS cars with lower polygons . NOTE : same specs and my game can run without crashing for 5 hours

Well, just for this part, I'd like to say that a huge majority of police officers in France have never used their weapons on duty. Actually I remember a detective in Paris that was working for the criminal and drugs traffic department (so often in direct contact with drug dealers and gang members) admitted he never used his gun in more than twenty years of carreer. And my own dad, cop for more than 30 years, never had to use his weapon even once in his carreer. So that says it all.
 
There are just two different cultures. One where weapons and usage of force are allowed and not really frowned upon, and another where weapons are considered taboo.

Think of me what you want after this but,
I think it is shocking how some of you think this is the correct action.
I have to say it is the officers fault and the police training itself.
Multiple cops that can't get one single unarmed man arrested without killing him
infront of alot of innocent people that just witnessed a killing and may have psychological problems
for the rest of their lives. And they/he did not shot him once, but multiple times.
As I said, it is really a big fault of the officers training in the LAPD appearently.
Just my opinion, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. ;)

Seriously though, the whole going lethal is soo american once again, they got like 6 cops on scene, and 2 suspects, they cannot put hand cuffs on a suspect without shooting him.
Also before the officer started to shoot you saw all the officers clear from the suspect and he just layed there otherwise he would have moved away.
 
This is exactly America, this shit doesn't happen in Europe and it's getting more often that police is shooting an un armed person.
 
Those LAPD officers might need some sort of re training cause 4 vs 1 and still lose a gun, not completely sure how that works.

Or they could be from another planet. Aliens among us my friend.

mods, files, photos, funny posts, and VERY helpful crashing solutions, (it helped me out a lot of times. :P)

I'm a retired forum admin of 3 different forums, 2 of which used IPB (the software running this site) the other ran vBulletin 
I'm a retired moderator of 5 forums, 2 using IPB and 3 with vBulletin. 
I'm a retired tech support staff of 4 different forums and have a lot of knowledge with looking into problem solving and such. 
I've been using different forums for many years, so I'm not new, but I'm new here. The community seems friendly and I hope to become an active poster.
