Rain rain rain and rain.Roads are frozen. And more rain. How sad people would be if it turns out the reports are all wrong, happens all the time here in Sweden.

They opened us late today, 10AM. I got to miss my math class, so I'm not complaining.

Omg I'm so happy to report NO SNOW overnight so woot!!!!! I also heard the storm up north wasn't as severe. I'm glad for ya guys up there!

Three inches and every Starbucks in town was closed.

 

Had to revert to Dunkin Donuts.

The snow storm should be reaching Albany any minute now according to Accuweather.

 

 

We really don't get too worried about it. New York has seem some pretty bad snow, and even a hurricane a couple years ago that knocked out power for a week or so in some areas. Now, Buffalo, NY...those guys really know snow...

Currently we have about 23 inches (58 cm) of snow with another 6 inches (15 cm) on the way.  Tried snowblowing the driveway at 7PM tonight, quickly gave up and decided to let it go until the morning.

 

Edit: the locale is southern Maine for those wondering.

Ended up getting barely anything here in the Hudson Valley (NY)...maybe like, 5 inches at most. I'm the first to say I hate snow, but even I have to admit that I'm let down by the hype (though I'm not complaining about less snow).

We actually ended up getting about a foot of snow in Albany, judging by the accumulation on the air conditioning units outside my window.
