Errr, Just because a computer is worth a certain ammount of money, doesen't make it "shit" Proof, I have a $2,500 computer and I still get texture popping,

Anywho, Please post your system specs, and are you using any car mods? You can also try turning down your in game graphics.

Well bitching at people won't get them to help you. Also, this is probably being caused by car mods as Justin pointed out, but we can't help you until you tell us what mods you have installed besides LCPDFR.

i installed car mods but nothing happened worked fine it started when i either messed with the ELS v6 .ini settings or when i added 1 new cab and also one more thing a tree mod that makes them more realistic thats about it and now i have a random ski gondola flying around by rotterdam hill and wipes out everything andd the game crashes everytime i use it now which i think is caused by the map not loading which is also caused by another problum

This problem used to be happening quite frequently with me. Since you have a 5700 (probably 5770) Radeon HD, and it is now considered relatively low-end, this might be the problem, especially since you are using car mods. Do you have the taxi bug, or some sort of traffic fix? I've found that if you manually use a traffic spawner to circumvent the taxi bag, the game could instead freak out and not properly spawn textures instead. Give us a list of your modifications, and then try uninstalling each one one at a time, and see if any changes are in effect.
