  1. Dreamer-'s post in RPH stuck on 'Launching game..' on GTA 5 Enhanced Preview was marked as the answer   
    I had to remove both the ASI (which for me I tried OpenIV) and GTAV.exe to get the RPH to load fully, try removing just GTAV.exe and run Rage and see if it loads.
