I don't believe any of these recent "rape" or "molestation" victims unless there is SOLID evidence. If you WERE raped in 1982, you'd report it in 1982. You wouldn't wait thirty god damn years to come forward.

Though I think minds were different in 1982, as well as the investigation methods. Maybe officers wouldn't have believed her, or she could have been threatened or who knows. The psychological aspect is to be taken in consideration as well, some people try to ignore and forget what happened, closing their mind by themselves. You'd be surprise of what the human mind can do after a psychological shock.

 

I agree nonetheless that if you are victim of such a barbaric act you should report it immediately, but circumstances were different before.

Until he's charged in a court of law, anyone calling him a rapist should be at risk of a lawsuit. And until he's determined as guilty is said court, he's innocent.

 

People have a hard time understanding this.

I think that he may have raped them if...I mean I understand if there was just a couple women then they just may be trying to get some money but when there is that many women then come on you at least have to say something about....... 

I mean yeah, maybe a year, but 30 years? This story seems very fishy to me. 

Innocent until proven guilty.

 

If they were raped, why wait so long to report it. If was raped, my next destination would be Subway, then the police station.

 

I think these women just want some sort of attention or money.
