I guess you can call it official if you are hosting it elsewhere. But if you want it to be a 'official' EFLC Group on here than a staff member must approve this.

Nice idea, nice group, and you're free to use the teamserver server for organising, discussing and gameplay.

Not sure about the official title, we tend not to provide 'official' titles as it can cause some people to complain "why did you let him call it official and not me".

They would have to use their own unique key. And no, you can only hear people in your own channel.
