PETA makes the smallest things molehills, and uses those to hide their own wrongdoings, ranging from killing chickens in COD, and the rat in Battlefield 3, they've really lost their reliability. I'd say they are the smallest of problems here

What is this?
Hello everyone, I would like to inform you of a roleplaying community, named Elgin City Roleplay. We are a laid back, and relaxed roleplaying group, and we just like to have fun, while being organized and RPing at the same time. We love just playing and socializing, and getting to know each other. We have multiple departments, such as the ECPD, and FD, and other such as the State Department when you get a higher rank. We have multiple specialties available which lets you do more things in-game, such as being an air unit, or tactical unit (SWAT).

How do I become a member?



First you must be at least 15 and have a microphone and know how to use a computer properly.
Then, in order to be come a member, register at our site, listed above and use the application form to apply, once your are approved, which won't take long, then you can come on the TS3 and get an interview with the Chief.
If you are approved, you will become a recruit and will await training.
After training, and if you are ready to go, you will be made PPO and will be a full member of the community!
If you wish to become a Firefighter, talk to Fire Chief Brown and the process goes the same.

We have our own uniforms and cars. All new players must under go our interveiw process before being placed as a Recruit. You will be given your own unit ID # for us to identify you in active games. Yes this is a MP community we are looking for new recruits to further expand our capabilitys to try and always have a game up and going with atleast four to five players.

Are you guys talkign about the menu that pops up with the options to force duty, callouts, and world events? I use it all the time to get in duty so I dont have to drive to the police station lol.

Hello fellow Lcpdfr users i am apart of a very serious but relaxed Role-play community for Gta IV. Our users are very serious in game but when we are in the lounge it is a very relaxed place to be.
We have our own uniforms and cars. All new players must under go our interveiw process befor being placed as a Recruit. You will be given your own unit ID # for us to identify you in active games. Nice idea, nice group, and you're free to use the teamserver server for organising, discussing and gameplay.
Not sure about the official title, we tend not to provide 'official' titles as it can cause some people to complain "why did you let him call it official and not me".

I guess you can call it official if you are hosting it elsewhere. But if you want it to be a 'official' EFLC Group on here than a staff member must approve this.

This is for people who know a bit more on TS3. Is it possible, for me to DL the TS3 app, and use it as a microphone for TS3 on the computer? Or do I have to use the phone. Because the thing is, my computer doesn't have speakers as I use headphones, so I have to either choose game sound or TS3 :/
