I have just installed GTA 4 on my new computer and wanted to get all the mods back. I installed LCPDFR 0.91 and 0.95 and all is well. However I cannot seem to get LCPDFR 1.0 installed. Using the automatic installer it seemed to install. Using the diagnostic tool, it says that it's installed. However when I go into game and run LCPDFR, in the bottom right it still says "LCPDFR V 0.95 RC 2." I've tried most of the quick fixes I found in the forums but V 1.0 is still not running. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey there, I have realized that there is no blue light from the lightbar that flashes on the ground. Its only red that flashes everywhere, no sign of blue overall. Any help please? Thanks

Hey there, I have been playing the game for the past hour, and I am only getting about 3 crimes that are all the same. Its either a disturbance, suicidal, or mugging. The thing is they are all at the same place. I know there is more random events than that. Please help Thanks

Hi there, After I go into the police station and pick up my partner, I can't select my car or move. I end up just standing in the red circle and cannot do anything. Please help thanks.

Haha, yes it is working now, I had to run it as admin. I know this is off topic but I don't want to just start a new thread for a small question. How do you enable the ELS menu that pops up on the side and what are the keys to it? Thanks
