Is this good?

Yes, but Alienware is overpriced. I highly recommend you make a custom build for that money.

Im looking at buying this with a 19 inch Monitor a Raptor LM2 mouse and a Cyborg keyboard will i be able to play gta 4 and a few other games pretty smoothly?

Don't Waiste your money on a pre built shop system, Especially ailien ware (complete over priced garbage, Your paying for the pretty lights, and for the brand name, Not for the actual hard ware), Anywho, Build your own computer, SO much more worth it and you will save so much more money, If you can't, Have a Friend do it, But if you REALLY need to buy a pre built, Go some where else other than alien ware, Falcon, Digital storm, Predge, Velocity micro, Theres a ton out there that you can customize on there webiste, To get exactly the power you will need for PC gaming, and for the right price, JAM.

Is that what i need though right specs and everything? cause im willing to shell out the money.. Im not very good with computer language... Im good with good computers just not the language!

That's good specs. Some things I'd improve if it was a custom build:

16GB instead of 8GB of ram (make it future proof - 8gb is the standart right now)

Instead of a GTX460, get a 570 or higher.

Instead of 1TB as HDD, I'd get 2TB.

They're all overpriced, locked down, crapware filled pieces of junk. It's like choosing between black death and cholera. Best thing you build it yourself or go to a local small PC store and get it built there. Saves you money, gets you better parts and you can upgrade it whenever you like.

Im in BFE Arkansas I live thirty min from a town the PC Store is out of the question the nearest one is 3 hours away... I do have My cousins husband who is a computer engineer im gonna talk to him cause hes built a few...If not im just gonna stick with an alienware im willing to shell out the money

My brothers first PC was custom built at the local computer shop. My brother didn't trust me to build a computer using his money so I referred him too my friend who built it for him.

The fact that the PC is refurbished isn't good. I never buy a refurbished PC at any cost. For that price you could build a pc with exactly the same parts except they are new. If you are to buy the one you listed you would not be able to guarantee that the video card or CPU won't fail within a week.
