I ran Diagnostics on it to see if yall can figure anything out from there

Will somebody like email me the original noose files so i dont have to reinstall it?

I can play LCPDFR .95 RC2 as long as i want until i call backup for NOOSE. IT Crashes if NOOSE is called. Ive even tried under no LCPDFR just getting a wanted level and went NOOSE is suppost to be called it crashes..... Ive tried 3-4 Different NOOSE Car Mods to see if it was the Car that was making it crash. Any Help Would be great Thanks! ObieDaDog

Thanks for the help guys i spent all day talking with my computer engineer cousin and we got together a build with the mouse and keyboard and monitor for $1449 thanks for saving me from the alienware! I cant wait to get it should have it all together and completed by may! Thanks guys!

Im in BFE Arkansas I live thirty min from a town the PC Store is out of the question the nearest one is 3 hours away... Installed that and restarted computer run Gta 4 as admin and same thing

New Problem installed newer version of LCPDFR .91 and its now crashing once it says loading game at bottom right??

everytime ive updated to that patch in the past i havent been able to open gta and run the game what am i doing wrong there?? Sorry i polly sound stupid but i am totally new to the PC game world and modding them
