I was looking for it, but I didn't found it. Is there any TS3 LCPDFR server, where I can speak with other officers about shared gameplay and performing a duty?

 

I hope that I situated this post in the right section... I read regulations. 

Yes, there is an Official LCPDFR Teamspeak, but due to networking issues, it is currently down. I am not sure when it will go back up again, though.

Maybe when the Administrators (or whatever Their rank is) turn on the TS3 of LCPDFR on, they will announce it to the Community.

 

And again, maybe; Maybe You know where I can talk with people about LCPDFR, but about clans and organisations of this modification? I want to join the beginners clan, but I don't know when I must looking for.

The Teamspeak has a rule against advertising clans. So sadly you won't be able to go on there looking for clans. I would recommend going on YouTube and search "GTA IV PC LCPDFR Clans". 

 

And to be able to move into different channels in the Teamspeak, you must have a code to put into Teamspeak, you can find your unique code HERE.

It's odd... Only what I can see is white screen. Anyway, thank You for answering me, TS3's problem I will eee left for another time. ;-)
