Style: gold or silver or rubber. Utility type watch such as a Gshock or a Timex, or do you want something a little fancier like a dress watch. There are many many different options for all of the styles. 

I can't specify which model would fit you best, that's personal preference. My suggestion would be to shoot towards Swiss Army watches. They're practically indestructible, last long, and look rich without killing the bank. There's a million brands out there but I've stuck to Swiss Army as my everyday/on duty watch and Tag Huer for special occasions.

I am of a pretty slender build so I don't have huge wrists either but I like this watch because it looks nice, very easy to read, and it is low profile so it doesn't look huge on my wrist.

I'm thinking about a silver one for dress and maybe a timex with rubber band. Just don't know what types

Couldn't tell ya, I don't wear women's watches and haven't really looked for at any. I'm sure you could look through their website in the women's section and find something that you like.

I'm not sure what you're looking for in a watch. I've been wearing a Casio G-Shock (DW-9052) for the last few years and I am in love with it. Casio makes a line of G's for women called Baby G's. G's in general are great due to how rugged they are. Mine has been exposed to freshwater, salt water, pool water, cola, juice, baby puke, mud, sand, motor oil, blood (my own from a nose bleed), and the beating it's taken from being worn everyday and the excitement that's come from security work.
