How do you turn these on?

I am unable to figure out how people are able to turn on the yellow parking/turn signal lights lights, especially when it comes to the crown vics and the ominous glow that they have.

Or if you have SNT, all you need to do is press "k" and "numpad 9" buttons at the same time.

That's the one I use. If you are just after the parking lights set everything but headlight and permanent to true. Set your key you'd like to use. Becareful with what keys you choose. I tried using '/' and it did not work. But I didn't try using the 'Key Numbers' afterwards.

Mine is

Headlights=O

Permanent=Down

You can try to use the Key Values

 

so you change everything in the script file to true except headlight and permanet and toggle the lights with H key?
