Don't walk in on your superiors!

Not sure if it is possible but I had an idea based of Federal Signal's Smart Siren system. It has a 'Reminder' beep when you have something on. To add realisim I thought of this:

if ELS Activated (Any Function On)
-->Play FS_REMIND_BEEP
-->Loop ("5 Second Delay > Beep, Beep > 5 Second Delay" So on)
Stop Loop if ELS Deactivated 100%
 
 
You can only hear it in the car. I guess you could hear it if near the doors but doesn't need to be that complicated.

Attached is the FS Reminder Beep with pre-delay of 5 seconds.

Porting is similar to the use of an emulator. Low Quality

Remastering is where the source is redone, re-rendered, re-textured, etc. High Quality.

Would have no affect on the modding.

Love it when people say they know their rights because the majority of them have not studied any law or have even read the Bill of Rights. Most people are just going off of what they heard from a friend, saw on Youtube, read on some BS website, or saw on TV/in the movies. I spent 4+ years studying the Florida State Statute book and loads of case law so I probably know your rights better than you and can tell you what law you broke. I can't count how many times I've heard "but on Cops they did it this way" or "but on one episode of Law & Order", those are TV shows and mean nothing when it comes to what the law actually is. It doesn't stop with laws either, when you are processing a crime scene and the caller starts barking off what they need dusted for prints or something like that because they saw it done on [insert forensic TV show], they get pretty pissed when you try to explain that you can't dust for prints on a wet surface or that not everything they do on CSI is real. And for the people who try to pull the "I pay your salary!" shit, here is 10 cents you can keep the change.
 
The ignorance is astonishing sometimes.
 
As for the answer to your question. Obviously you have certain rights in school but sitting in a certain seat is not one of them.

what's really disturbing is how after we learn the English language in early grade school, how quickly we can literally shit all over it by using words like "finna" like seriously dude...   and don't tell me the language is "just evolving" evolving is usually moving forward this word moves us back a few decades
 
as for the rights thing, I Was a pretty bad apple in school. not gonna go into details, but fights, cussing, regular Irish People things were the norm for me back in the day..   If that kid wants to Know what it Really feels like to have rights taken in school he should go to a Alternative Placement school (where they round up all the bad kids and take them away from the kids who are there to learn full of "gangs" and all of that) 
 
Just to give a little taste as to what its like there.
 
You are never left alone, Never.. If you need to go to the bathroom you have to ask the teacher who gets an administrator to take you and go with you to make sure you wont do anything or smoke anything  (Keep in mind this was In the Middle School Grades 6th-8th)
 
Its Fenced off on 3 Sides excluding the Entrance to the parking lot (I've seen some kids Run away from the school only to get caught by the Local police (Station close by) 
 
They try to keep the Students as far away from each other as possible there is no regular lunch or cafeteria we ate in our classrooms
 
If you didn't want to get your seat moved or back talk to the teacher in any way, automatic week of suspension 
 
Feeling a bit Chippy? want to Call another student out? that will be an automatic week of suspension No Talking it out
 
It feels pretty much like a prison school and looks like one too we had police at that school everyday with Weekly Drug Dog Checks
where they take the dog and run it up and down the halls checking Kids, Lockers, Etc
 
 
Luckily after my experience at that school i Finally Acted of age and decided that fighting wasn't going to get me anywhere in life..
But if you actually know that guy, make sure to tell him this and ask him if he really feels that his rights are being violated that badly
cause it can get a whole lot worse

I've been trying to do this car for some days now, I'm sorry for posting only now, but I simply didn't want to say I'll do it without finishing it later.
 
What I got now is basicly a finished version, just without decals. Antennas, spotlights and rambar are added, I also added the interior cages as well as a console. Unfortunately it's not possible to do follow your wishes 100%, since ELS is still quite limited.
 
A few explainations:
- The flash pattern of the lightbar are simple on/off flashes, double flashes were not possible. It seemed like at least the stage 3 only had single flashes anyways, so I hope that's no problem.
- Your mentioned lightstages 0, 1 and 3 are done with the normal ELS 8 lightstages, 2 can only be achieved by using LSTG3 and turning the takedowns off.
- In stage 3, the rear lights flash in the same way as in stage 1. The only possible for a left/right alternating flash on both sides would be to do the same in stage 1, I could change that easily, that would depend on your choice. It's hard to explain the pattern, I hope you understand what I mean. Managed to find a way around that.
- The strobes are done using the ELS coronas. That means the reverse light strobes have to be white instead of blue and they're automaticly turned on with LSTG2, your stage 1. Unfortunately there's no other possibility, I didn't have enough extras available to create normal ELS lights.
 
If that sounds good to you, that's great, I'll upload it then as soon as possible. If there're any things you'd like to have in a different way, just let me know, I can also show some pictures or upload the model if that helps you to decide. I've been thinking about that setup a lot, but as it's quite unusual, it seems to be impossible to get something completely exact.

Are you going to be editing the antennas and removing the rear FORD emblem? (I don't want to sound picky, if not its cool)

The vehicles have the 4 LoJac antennas (squared), one 800mhz for the RCS (Radio), and one dome antenna for GPS/MDC. [The antenna pack I used was found here] Minor suggestion if not too much add an AR15/M4 and 12g Shotgun between the seats like this: '>

Pattern 17 has the same flashing speed like the one I'm using, it wouldn't make a difference with that car. Basicly two of the possible extras are used for LSTG2, in LSTG3 the other two are used for the complete lightbar.

I need to know what are some decent builds that can run lcpdfr smootly. Looking to spend around $400. I know that's not that much, just don't have a lot of money.

I had a thought. We all have the same interests. Why don't we compile a sticky with Cop Movies / Films? Format in categories to help denote whats realistic, whats extremely dramatic like Law & Order, whats generic, etc.

There is a easier way, find the location where you imported your textures into zmodeler from. example: C:SDSD71T6C/MODELS/CVPI/TEXTURES/police_sign_1. Police_sign_1 is the main texture used in zmodeler unless you apply a different one in the materials editor. So just take the skin you want to test and paste it in the textures folder where you imported the textures from. It will overwrite the orignal police_sign_1 with your skin and you can check it out in zmodeler without having to apply new materials everytime in the materials editor. Keep in mind though that it has to be from the folder the textures where added into zmod from because thats where zmod is reading the texture files from...

First save your stuff in zmodeler, then go in your textures browser and replace the template texture with your skin. Then when your done, click new project and open your save again and the skin shouldn't be there anymore.

Your going to have a hard time fighting that after taking a plea deal especially since you waived your right to an appeal
