I was chasing this guy, then Traffic Control System gave me an error and spawned 50 cop cars from no-where and they all started to chase this guy I was pursuing. Lol.

P.S. I only shot the man because my friends told me to. I was showing them the mod.

In the second video, how did you set the speed limit to make it turn red after a certain point?

The AI breaks the limit at certain places on the map, that's just the Dashcam mod doing it's thing, when vehicles go above 37 mph, the reading turns red so you know it's time to pounce.
