Haha, when I called in my air support, and killed the suspect. The helicopter dropped directly to the ground and exploded, killed us all.

If it happened once, its not a bug. If it happens after every pursuit it is.

Air support drops out of the sky every single time when they are no longer needed, such as after a pursuit etc. Always happen to me and happens to others too. Pretty sure it's a well known issue. (.9RC1)

I suppose i don't call in air support that often, but when i do it only sometimes appears a few blocks away. Never on top of me lol.

It only crashes when it's the player (I.E. YOU) that kill or arrest the suspect, everything is just fine when it is the AI officers that arrests or kills.

There's no issue with the NOoSE helicopter.

So the helicopter is supposed to crash to the ground causing injury and death when the player arrests or kills the suspect ? :)

The reason the NOOSE copter isn't an issue is because they're too lazy to actually do anything except sightsee :) (Disclaimer: I call them into a shootout, they do nothing though I'm taking fire, do I have to aim at somebody and hit 3 to get them to fire?)

This is a bug and we have already discovered it while testing quite a while ago, a little bit after RC1 came out publicly.

Hey, It's ok! even though it might or may not be a bug, this game is still really fun, and I appreciate it whoever made it. More of a funny thing that happened then really me crying over a little bug like this!

But all in all, sometimes when I call in my noose or backup, they don't always arrive, I am on hardcore mode and I get slaughtered by a gang of 20 african males trying to shoot my ass.

Next time i'll just get a rocket launcher and blow them up.

Rocket Launcher...since when was that police issue.

When I call NOOSE backup it usually crashes my game. Sometimes it doesn't. Its a gamble I don't take anymore.
