Since the last 1 or 2 updates I've been having problem with OpenIV. When I import my car it shows no headlights and I can't import textures. Anyone else having problems, because this has never happened to me with OpenIV until the latest updates.

I haven't had this problem. I've just had issues with my game crashing when I go about 10 or so feet away from my safehouse. Consider yourself lucky.

Doesn't that happen if you save a car in the parking space, and you have modded cars?

I am having issue with no cars showing. The developer of Open IV wanted me to give him the links for all the cars I use or send him all the .rars....If he thinks I am going to upload over 8-9 gigs of cars, he has another thing coming...I explained to him the exact steps I used....he still says it is a error on my side, even though other people have the same issue....

When you edit something like vehicles.img, rebuild the archive. To do this press  ctrl+shift+R when you're done editing it. It seemed to work for me when no vehicles spawned for me.

I installed both updates and have had 0 issues *KNOCK ON WOOD* , although I have heard of a similar issue that flwpheonix stated.

As I say on GTAForums, the issue with "no cars showing" was fixed in latest hotfix update.

Yeah i have been having the problem of my whole entire vehicles.img file getting currupted. so that no cars spawn ingame.

Unfortunately, I still can't reproduce your issue with game crash.

I ony had a small issue where it was required i download the new update every time i opened OpenIV.But that seems to have fixed itself.

I have an issue with selecting other vehicles to edit after editing a car/importing. For example, after opening the program, If I edit lets say "police" and then want to edit "polpatriot" it wont let me click on it at all. "police" stays highlighted and cant select any cars at all, even vanilla ones. I have to completely save my progress, close the program, reopen the program, then edit one vehicle and repeat the same process again for the rest of the cars I want to edit. Rebuilding doesn't help either. It does this for both GTAIV and EFLC.

 

Sometimes after closing the program I have to redownload an update or find my gta directory all over again.

My game is more laggy and loading the game takes forever! I wish there was never an update. It worked fine before.

ALL Who still have EZCompressionError(OpenIV)/ZLIB20(Game) errors I need your corrupted vehicles.img because I still unable to reproduce it by myself.
