  1. Go into OpenIV folder (C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\New Technology Studio\Apps\OpenIV) and remove any D3D DLLs you find there.
  2. Check your antivirus.
  3. OpenIV > Tools > Options > Game > Change directory
  4. Are you sure this archive is fine? Can you send this file to me?
  5. So, click on the "Open log file" link it will open log file and you will be able to read what's wrong.
  6. What happens when you try to open it through Tools menu? OpenIV > Tools > Package Installer
  7. Check your antivirus. It might block access to site.
  8. Next version will have package installer log and more detailed error messages.
  9. Your OpenIV.log and error message screenshot are from two different runs. The error message must also be in log.
  10. You need to navigate to "Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\". On your screenshoot you are in "mods" folder.
  11. You can find official OpenIV documentation here: http://docs.openiv.com/doku.php?id=packages:overview
  12. You know it is OpenIV feature called "Package Installer". And .OIV Package is just a ZIP Archive with specific files inside. You can create those packages manually, the documentation is here. The tool you give link for just makes it easier to create packages.
  13. Okay, found bug, the update for OpenIV will be tonight.
  14. What images you have replaced inside .ytd? Can you give me a link?
  15. I guess, we found the issue here. Let me check, if it will be ok, I'll release new update tonight.
  16. I made my test yesterday.
  17. And now pretty much every sound mod out there is not working. And it is not cool, and people blame me, but this is not my fault. The simple test I just made: Export .awc file to .oac import it back, run game, and all sounds here, nothing is muted.
  18. The point is not about ripng anything, the point is openFormats (.oac) is for editing files, not for distribution. We will continuously change .oac formats and new versions of OpenIV will be not able to import old version of it.
  19. One simple question. Why the hell you people decided to distribute your audio mods as .oac "openFormats" file instead of .awc? Do you also distribute your models mods as 3Ds Max Scene (.max) or zm3 files? I guess not.

  23. Do not distribute your mods in openFormats files like OAC. openFormats in for editing and creating mods not distribution.
  24. It will add files. But, if you already have files with the same name in archive they will be replaced.
