I can't unfortunately really narrow down the problem. So i will start with some facts. :)

 

Mods I've installed.

 

- LCPDFR 1.0

- ELS 8.0

-CryENB V2 ENBSERIES BY Fabriciuz

 

System:

Win7 64bit

Intel Core i7-3770K

16GB Ram

Geforce GTX 670

 

 

In order to play, I even changed back from Win8 on Win7, only because I'm hoping that it runs better. :D I have all drivers up to date, and have befolt also your problem solution. Now I'm just at a loss, because I really have no idea what to do yet.

As you can see your error is "Value not Found", Indicating that there is an installation error, i would recommend re-installing. But im not a technician or an expert, but i've gave my evaluation. BTW That is just one of the problems i have found, I recommend a re-install on a FRESH install.

No, those errors indicate missing values in the .ini file. They are not necessary for the game to function. I don't think the .ini even has those values filled in by default.

Thanks so far, but I think willpv23 is right. I get those warnings any time. (Also right after reinstalling)

 

 

Yesterday I even tried it a little, but I could not see any regularities. Sometimes it crashes when I just drive around with my police car. Next time right after a callout, the other time after or before a arest. I'm really at a loss.

Just to be sure

 

• Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks -> Check, using the original GTA4 Steam version
• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues -> Check, GTA IV is up to date.
• Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. -> Check
• Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" -> Check
• Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder -> Check
• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. -> Check
• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. -> Check

My guess is that it is one of your car mods.  Try removing them and see what happens.

If it crashes after ELSv8 is installed, go to the ELS ini and turn off SP and MP AI ELS, located at the bottom of the ini.
