e.e I uninstalled everything. Including Save games. What commandline.txt?

I uninstalled the WHOLE game, deleted every file (Including LCPD). Now i have an Infinite Loading screen. When i re-installed the game.

So i was playing LCPDFR, the game crashed, and wouldn't start. I had to delete every single last folder/ thing Infinite loading screen, GTA IV: EFLC. Not steam. Windows 8 HELP PLS?

But im not a technician or an expert, but i've gave my evaluation. BTW That is just one of the problems i have found, I recommend a re-install on a FRESH install.

Upload your logs, And VHD Police Helper, has caused alot of problems for others users, either check the installation and Re install it. Or just remove it all together is the best advice anyone can give you.

I had a very similar problems a while ago. It turned out it was actually the VDH Police Helper was having a collision with my other game files, Make sure its installed correctly. Also, I'm not a moderator, but to help you get solutions quick they will ask you for some logs. So why not upload them now and save your time?
