House, M.D. Sure, it went of for like....8 years? But you can never have too much House. :D

 

One that many of you might not know of since it was never really shown on TV but you can get on iTunes is a show called "Rookies". Which, was cancelled from what I know.

It followed around fresh out of the academy Police Officers going through the FTO stage and how they do (If they make it or not). It gave great insight, however the last episode honestly did bring me to tears, would've been nice to see more.

 

Josh Norris was shown in the last episode of him patrolling and his life basically, he was killed in the line of duty. Here's a YouTube video dedicated to him. After watching the episode of him loving his job so much....it was hard to hear how his life was taken away from such a young guy who looked to be a promising Police Officer.

A show that aired on trutv called NFL Full Contact. This show showed what really went on behind the scene of a football game like security ect.

The Office (U.S. Version) and Southland had good runs, I would have liked to see them go on longer though. Unfortunately both of those shows started going down hill after a while. I guess if Southland had continued going down the path it was going I probably would have stopped watching it. I wish they produced more episodes of The Wire on HBO because I've never seen another show that good since. It was the most amazingly produced series I've ever seen and I didn't want it to end when I finished the last season.

 

And of course Alaska State Troopers was the only good reality cop show (Cops can be cool but it puts out a horrible view on the law enforcement profession). Just read the article that they are taking a break from it (being in the military I haven't kept up with TV a lot in the past 11 months), I can understand the reasoning but it is disappointing.

The Bill should of stayed cos it was awesome same with Road Wars

NYC 22, great show, didn't even last a year though.
