~I dunno how to call it, but its like jailbreaking a PS³. And its absolutly illegal, people can get banned through this.

~xBox 360, "LSPD:FR" can't be true in a console, its modded. You can always see video's about modded characters in Singleplayer at YouTube, even in GTA Online, and thats 1 more reason to get banned. (And yes, there are ways to mod games with special Hacks, like Jailbreaking in console PS³)

~With the Skins there is a other ability: to not get attacked from cops or other Peds. Idiots like this videomaker are true Noobs, its like a trainer, but in a other way.

calm down people, at the very least its a very vague look at what you can sort-of expect if a mod does get made for V.

Just so you all know, GTA V will certainly be moddable. Even if it isn't out of the box, there's always hackers to bypass that restriction. Second, it won't take that long to mod the game after it's released. People are already getting expeirnce modding the console versions, hell, some people are already making tools for the PC version and investigating the scripting more.

My thing with GTA4 right now is that ive been playing doing the police simulation on it since early 2010. Im not bored with LCPDFR i love that aspect of it.Its not what im doing it,its where im doing it.I am so tired of the sorry excuse for a city Rockstar game passed off in gta 4.It is just nothing but bland city landscape.No countryside and there are like 2 dirt roads that the AI traffic does not use. The makers of LCPDFR could just cross out the LC and put LS and that would be perfectly fine by me. I just want to be in a city that is not boring ass NY.  I am so excited to get GTA 5 for PC so i can delete all the GTA4`s from my computer and never ever play them again.It had a good run but i believe I have reached the top of the mountain with gta4 modding and it time to move on to bigger better things.

 

 

And the gta4 AI is complete RUBBISH.But gta5 has that pretty much sorted out.

1. Yes, there are always hackers, even already on the consoles, but its absolutly Illegal, how already said a few answers above.

2. It will, Programming, Coding, Scripting ect. takes time, you should know that, it's no easy shit.

3. Yes, but they're hacking the console Versions, absolutly illegal, how already said. You get banned through this, 99,9999995% (People are even hosting Lobbys, for Heist-missions, which aren't even released. Thats true hacking.)

They're already making tools, and? Who says that these tools will work?

Look at gta sa after that hot coffee crap happen they did the patch that made your game crash if it was bigger then the original game.And people found a way around that.I highly doubt that GTA5 will Not be modifiable.It might not happen quickly but im sure it will happen.

Yeah there are alot of map mods but for me to get enjoyment of of gta4 these days i have to add alot of scripts and mods .And then then it becomes unstable. idk really looking forward to the future of gta modding.

Yeah - You're probably right.

I think what we have now just improved and better furthered with more functions/animations.

The ability to chose what you want to do each patrol such as be a normal patrol officer, SWAT team member, pilot, detective, federal agent with each choice affecting the calls you get and the assignments you receive throughout your day as a cop.

 

Assignments; receiving an assignment from dispatch to say lookout for a dangerous subject wanted for questioning, bring in a witness to the station, things that add realism to the game.

 

Seeing as there are better locations and more buildings that can be entered, more disturbance calls (like loud music, parties, protesting, etc) would be better as real life officers get these calls many times per day. 

 

If at all possible an investigation side to the game would be wonderful, like where you play as a detective and have to go and hunt down certain criminals after having an investigation and talking to potential witnesses/suspects. 

 

WARRANTS! All that needs to be said is how great would it be to kick some bad guy's door in and throw a warrant in his face before tearing his life upside down searching for guns, drugs, large sums of cash and other contraband. 

This may be a bit of a stretch but maybe a call where you have to escort high value VIPs (such as prisoners for trials, witnesses, politicians, celebrities and so on) from the airport to a certain location and sometimes you may be ambushed and others you may get through fine that way you don't always know an ambush is coming and it changes things up a bit.

Maybe a part where you can be flying around in the LSPD Airship helping fellow officers chase suspects in pursuits, drop SWAT teams on the roof of a building so they can infiltrate it. 

Be able to setup checkpoints and search peoples cars for things. 

Have major incidents like bank robberies, shoot outs, home invasions, silent alarms and so on. Just not have them every single call out, maybe once or twice every 15 calls that get generated?

I wish LSPDFR would introduce NPC patrols or make them more frequent if they are in game. 'cause I never saw a patrolling black and white, they only engage in pursuits or stay parked at the station...

They can be seen patrolling but only close to the accessible police station. 3 Days ago I had I wanted level when I was there and 2 marked buffalos arrived from each site.

They also do foot patrols and can be seen interacting with other NPCs.

 

The police station is the last location they not be patrol to such an extent
