  • Dirty Harry - staring Clint Eastwood   This is most likely the BEST scene ever from Dirty Harry

  • Flashpoint, when it was around

  • SouthLAnd & End of Watch. Great series/movies!   Like Hastings said, movies like SWAT is just too much Hollywood for me

My favourite movie would have to be S.W.A.T, End of Watch, Rampart, The Son of Noone, Lakeview Terrace and Tactical Force.

.. I love watching police movies, they interest more than other movies.

For TV Shows i'd have to say SouthLAnd, Blue Bloods, CSI (all 3 of them), Blue Heelers (an Aussie police show that was cancelled in 2007), Law and Order SVU, S.W.A.T (the old tv show) and COPS

1. The Wire. I love it, for me - the best cop show ever made.

2.L.A. Confidential, The Departed, Chinatown (sort-of-police, though)

3.The Killing - another show, I watch it right now.

I don't like action films like SWAT, that's too much of mindless shooting and almost no police work. Still nice to watch, though.

Guys , if you all dont mind , please post the video trailer as well . thanks

That's not up to you.

Also, there already is a topic about this. Was this one really neccesary?

Invenio, Investigatio, Imperium

The Dirty Harry series is by far my favourite.

Too much sugar is bad for you....But if you're Harry...who cares, he's always bitter..lol

Honestly I hate almost all modern day police shows and movies. Besides end of watch. They are all inaccurate, and show just corrupted cops such as Southland just shows bunch of corrupted cops running around.

Most accurate shows following cops are from the 1970s-1980s and those are:

Adam-12

and

Streets of San Francisco

I just recently watched SouthLAnd. I thought it was absolutely amazing. Wish it wasn't canceled.

My favorite cop drama tv show is probably SouthLAnd, maybe even Rookie blue. missy peregrym <33

My favorite cop drama movie.. I can't really think of any. End of watch maybe? The departed was pretty great.

Veni vidi vici

TV:

SouthLAnd

Rookie Blue

True Detective

The one is a classic: The Streets of San Francisco (I haven't watched that show in years though)

Movies:

End Of Watch

There are a few good ones that I don't remember, but the rest are Hollywood trash.
