Crime and horror, It has struck home as some local cruisers of the LCPD are now fitted with something called "ELS", much to the dismay of the LCPD, which will spawn horrific results in the streets of Liberty. Weazel news has been able to get the following audioclip, below transcribed: 

Officer 1: "ah fucking hell, look at that lightbar flickering on and off"
Officer 2: "ah fucking shit, els"
Officer 1: "yeah, exactly. wait, look, something's happening"
Officer 2: "MY GOD DOORS EVERYWHERE WHAT IN GOD'S NAME HAPPENED! HOLY SHIT"

This is just the beginning.

As of right now, ELS has almost ghost-like properties and will cause almost other-worldy things to happen. Innocent citizens will be hurt.

It has also altered the ways of doors behaving and reportedly with the presence of others, it has caused fatal errors.

Yes, ELS is very dangerous! The FDLC has scraped off tons of bodys that the doors have blended up! I say that the mayor of Liberty City should shut down Luxart Corporations™ and prevent further fatalities!

1. When used you never have to worry about not being able to find a taxi.

2. When used you ELS enabled vehicles become indestructible.

3. If your ELS enabled vehicle has the siren on when it blows up then you can have a siren disco in the street.

4. It reduces the price of replacement ELS enabled vehicle doors as they can be found everywhere.

5. Using ELS Lights when not responding to a call means that you become a super cop that stops crimes by just pressing 'y' to accept a call.

6. You only have to deal with homeless people and prank calls.

7. Look more doors!
