Nothing but backyard airsofting considering my state has no good arenas. I do have a pretty interesting story to tell.

One day me and two friends just got done having a battle in the yard. We were out resting and one of my friends suggested that we play a game where whoever picks up a gun the fastest and shoots the other person wins. Well me and my other friend agreed to play and so we did. My one friend yelled "Go" and we both picked up our guns and shot. We were both wearing eye protection, but not full face protection. I happened to be smiling when my friend pulled the trigger. Afterwards, I noticed a gap in between the top of my front tooth and my bottom tooth. My tooth had cracked in half and flew out of my mouth. It didn't hurt but I had to get all types of work done including several numbing shots which I hated the most. He was using a $30 spring Famas from Wal-Mart and I forget what I was using. Now I have a full metal M4 and a Metal Blowback 1911.

I used too but then a person shot me in the eye and I stopped playing

duh you are suppose to wear a mask for airsoft and paintball...I use to airsoft but I strictly paintball now its more easier to know if you shoot someone vs airsoft you have to depend on trust and also I think paintballs hurt a lot more then plastic airsoft pellets

I'm thinking about getting into airsoft.

Recently I've been playing paintball but do you have any recommendations for someone in Canada getting into Airsoft?

Why were you not wearing eye protection?

It wasnt a professional game it was just me and a few friends messing around

If you got shot in the eye with an airsoft gun, you wouldn't be seeing out of that eye. So either you got shot below the eye or on your eye lashes, or neither at all.

Here is my favorite story to tell from air softing.

I have a pretty nice M4A1. Metal gear box (the real thing isn't even all metal so I don't see why you would get all metal) It shoots at about 350FPS.

So anyways I was in a battle with my friend in the middle of the woods, i'm just standing there not trying to move (Had full camouflage on not that shitty kind either) and then I hear a twig snap. So I turn real quick and fire 3 times all hitting him right in the head.

I never shoot anything even if its a nurf gun unless I know i'll hit my target. Its been something I have been doing since I have been a kid. I do it with real guns, airsoft guns, and ect...

It doesn't matter, let me just shoot you with this gun and can cause you eye damage. yeah that's fun and messing around. You shouldnt ever be allowed to carry a gun if you can't even handle an airsoft gun and the right safety precautions.

I play airsoft every weekend or so. I have a G&G Combat Machine M4 Raider with a Magpul Grip and NCstar scope. Nothing feels better than this. Unless you're firing real guns

I rather not get shot at, even with non-lethal rounds. I did play with my classmates several times back in the day, but that was paintball though. I learned that aiming wasn't always my strong side. Dem trees got hit pretty bad though, and maybe I was aiming for them.
