It's like a realistic desktop as you'd see on a Panasonic Toughbook or whatever. A lot of times I see the cops driving around with XP desktop open because there's sometimes valuable information open in the programs.

 

In other news, it took my five minutes to finally figure spoilers out.

My desktop and my future LCPDFR background will be and are the same.

I wanted it to look a little basic, I liked the Windows XP Professional background with just an open desktop. 

 

Additionally, a lot of departments will put an extremely los res image of their department badge as their background but you know, whatever works. :)

 

Here's a quick example of a non XP laptop, but it's pretty much the same thing. and let's pray this doesn't take forever to add a spoiler.

The only thing about police vehicles or most of the emergency vehicles that they don't have an CD or an tape player, and most CD/Tape players are radio players.. they have so much stuff that they can't fit an entertainment system in....
