The original Non-ELS Collection thread was a big mess, with random cars scattered all over the place in it.  I've taken every single link from that whole thread and I'm creating a new, more organized one.  I removed all links to sites that don't exist anymore, any of those weird Russian sites, and any links to potentially stolen vehicles.  Below I have the authors, lightbars (if available), livery types (police, FBI, NYPD, etc) and the links:

    This thread is going to die :(

    els v8 has no major bugs anymore like closed car doors or no damage. Everyone will start to use ELS now.
